Role Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the Owner and Lead Designer, you will serve as the backbone of their operations, providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and enabling the client's leadership to focus on creative endeavors and strategic initiatives. This pivotal role requires a proactive, adaptable individual with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements, optimizing efficiency and prioritizing commitments.
Act as a liaison between the owner and internal/external customers and vendors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports with precision and proficiency.
Conduct research, compile data, and assist in project management, contributing to the execution of key initiatives.
Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues, exhibiting resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
Assist in organizing events, meetings, and client engagements, ensuring seamless execution and impeccable representation of the company's brand.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives.

Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive, can-do attitude.
