We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced EHS Manager! This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation, coordination, and perpetuation of various programs while advocating for initiatives to uphold regulatory compliance.

Formulate health and safety protocols in alignment with local regulations.
Direct and assign compliance evaluations, overall risk assessments, and safety evaluations to identify effective controls and risk minimization strategies in support of environmental, health, and safety management.
Supervise the acquisition, appropriate utilization, upkeep, and examination of essential safety and personal protective equipment.
Develop instructional modules and designate individuals for delivering presentations.
Supervise specialized incident inquiry teams to ascertain root causes, devise corrective measures, and implement preventive actions.
Establish and oversee local ergonomic practices, injury case management, and return-to-work schemes.
Manage and execute operations to ensure compliance with the site's Industrial Hygiene program.
Collaborate with site leadership to foster a culture that identifies health and safety prospects, documenting them for trend analysis and predictive alignment with environmental, health, and safety management systems.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis and computer software applications.
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
6+ years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S), with leadership responsibilities.
