Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values
-Lead and inspire a team of customer experience professionals, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of excellence
-Champion the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer feedback and insights drive decision-making
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and remove friction points in the customer journey
-Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer experience initiatives
-Identify opportunities for personalization and customization of services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
-Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to ensure that all employees understand and prioritize the customer experience
