Spherion is looking to hire a Customer Care Representative for a local, reputable company in Cherry Valley, IL. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for arranging dates and times of on-site testing services with customers.
Responsibilities:

- Initiate and maintain contact with customers to determine dates, times, and range of on-site services
- Enter and update client specific information in the computer system
- Create monthly schedules for testing units based on client needs and resource availability
- Ensure schedules allow service technicians to comply with Department of Transportation Hours of Service regulations
- Prepare and map service routes
- Serve as a point of contact between customers and company technicians
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in phone customer service
- Working knowledge of Windows software, internet, spreadsheet, Word, and Contact Management systems
- Excellent typing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well in teams
