Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to blueprints, schematics, or written/verbal instructions.
Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues in the assembly process and communicate them to the supervisor.
Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Meet or exceed production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals and objectives.
Working hours: 4:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience with specific industry or product assembly, depending on the position.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an assembly or production environment.
Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to handle small parts and tools with precision.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Basic math skills and the ability to measure and perform calculations accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
